Capital Park was originally founded in 2000 by Tim Hore as a sole proprietorship, and has since incorporated and rebranded to reflect our growing clientele and expanding team available to provide expert services to our clients. The firm serves clients in a variety of sectors including post- secondary educational institutions, governments, the health sector, NGOs, and the private sector. Our Founder Tim Hore remains the firm’s President, and he is joined by a team of experts who are available to deliver high quality consulting services to our clientele.
